St James Villa is a beautiful beachfront property located in Holetown on the stunning West Coast of Barbados. Set right on the water’s edge, it offers a truly special setting for a relaxing Caribbean holiday.

We are a family-owned villa, and St James Villa has been part of our lives for over 25 years. Our own holiday home has become a place filled with cherished memories, and we’re proud to share it with our guests.

The villa is arranged as two separate apartments, making it ideal for couples, families, or larger groups:

Lower Villa – 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests
Upper Villa – 2 bedrooms, sleeping up to 4 guests

Over the years, we have spent countless unforgettable holidays here with family and friends, enjoying everything the villa and Barbados have to offer. It means a great deal to us, and we hope that when you stay, you feel just as at home as we do.

At St James Villa, we offer a range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Our villa provides free on-site parking, Wi-Fi access and housekeeping service .Babysitting services and a cook can also be provided for a fee. A cot and highchair are available on request.
