What's Included

• FREE wifi.

• Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels.

• Housekeeping service 6 half days per week: general cleaning, making beds, laundering of bedding and towels.

• Housekeeper gratuities are not included and at your discretion.

• Cot and highchair are available on request.

• Babysitting services and a cook can be provided for a fee.

• Airport transfers to St James Villa can be arranged for a fee.

• Check out is 12 noon and arrivals from 4pm

• Upper - max 4 persons, Lower - max 8 persons.

 
Offers and Prices
Prices are in £ British pounds sterling and are per night. The Barbados Government tourist room levy is 10% and will be added to all of the above prices. Please ask for our late availability offers. 
 
Deposit
A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, with your balance due 8 weeks  before your holiday commences.

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation the balance of 80% will be returned to you if we are sucessful in re-letting. You are advised to obtain travel insurance.
